28 July 2023I have used Bloomnation for years and am normally very happy with the service, but this last order was a major disappointment. The beautifully photographed arrangement by Bloomeria Floral Studio in Laguna Niguel felt like a bait and switch because what was received looked nothing close to the photo. I understand flower substitution is a factor when ordering online but this is ridiculous. When speaking with the owner/designer about my disappointment nothing was offered to rectify the mishap. In fact, she suggested that in the future after I place an order online that I should call the florist to make sure they have the vessel and the flowers as shown in the photo. Kind of defeats the purpose of ordering from a professional service online. For a $150.00 flower order, I expected a more professional service and I no longer have any interest in giving my hard-earned money to this service. I'm afraid I will never recommend using such an unprofessional florist like Bloomeria Floral Studio again. I will happily take my business elsewhere.
